*..AUDITION #2: HOW TO GET THERE.*

Helloo dear all!

Would like to thank those of you who're making time out to attend our 2nd auditions. . As promised, here's the detailed directions as to how you can get there. (CLICK ON THE MAPS TO POP THEM UP IF THEY'RE TOO TINY)

How to get there by PUBLIC TRANSPORT (MRT and/or BUS):

Buses from Clementi MRT: 154, 184
Buses along Clementi Road: 52, 61, 74, 75, 151, 154, 184

Buses from Dover MRT: 74
(To get to Dover bus stop, turn left after exiting from MRT gates, alight after SIM)

By car, please park at Carpark 52 or Carpark F (See Map below)

Map of Ngee Ann Polytechnic's premise. Auditions will be @ LT 51.


The smiley face points to the corresponding block. Enter by the recommended entrance. This entrance would be the one just behind the bus stop, walk along the pathway of the SPORT COURT. Turn right and walk up the hill. You will see the convention centre (Green Glass building) on the right and keep walking till the top of the hill (Blk 52). Keep walking till you see the audition venue is just round the bend.

*P/S: by the way, the SPORT COURT as indicated in the map is actually the street soccer court, you wouldn't miss it.



If it's too complicated, not to worry. We will be putting up signs guiding you from the entrance to the audition venue, so look out for them! =) Should you still be unable to locate the place, feel free to call XiuQi at 97992661.

*..#2 Auditions on 3rd Oct 2008..*

We had our 1st round of auditions 2 weeks ago and some people were unable to make it. So good news, we'll be holding another session on 3rd Oct (Friday). Especially if you enjoy singing, dancing & acting, we sincerely welcome you to come down for our 2nd round of auditions. If you're unable to make it on that day, contact us anyway and we'll come up with an arrangement somehow.

Filming stipulated to be 4-5 days within the period of Nov 13-29th.

CASTS NEEDED
(1) 1 x Male Supermarket Promoter (Male Lead, Ah Mann)
- Aged 20-30
- Chinese, Male
- Must be able to sing relatively well
- No preference on physical appearance

(2) 1 x Male Supermarket Promoter (Male Supporting Lead, Ah Lok)
- Aged 20-30
- Chinese, Male
- Must be able to sing relatively well
- Look cocky, proud.

(3) 1 x Male Supervisor
- Late 20s-30s
- Chinese, Male

(4) 1 x Indian Couple
- Late 20s-40s
- 1 x Indian Male & 1 x Indian Female
- Some singing skills preferred (But minimal singing)
- Proficiency in Indian dance steps would be added advantage

(5) 1 x Auntie
- Chinese, Female
- Aged 40s-50s
- Be able to speak Chinese and some dialect
- No preference on physical appearance

If you don't have one (because you're just starting out) it's fine, just attach several photos and a short write-up to let us know more about you. If you've missed the 2nd audition, but is still keen in auditioning, please feel free to email your resume to us as well! =)

As this is a self-funded students' film, we do not have a huge budget for high renumeration. However, we would definitely cover all meal and transport expenses, as well as a token sum (per day), depending on the amount we're able to get from sponsors. To be confirmed again. This thesis film project would also be sent for competition in film festivals by our institution upon completion.
